So here is the new SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER list of the new selection of chocolate truffle flavours. Items in the list indicate type of chocolate, e.g. milk, dark, white; truffle flavour and decoration.  There are a few new flavours, and some old favourites, that I know my customers enjoy.  Hope you enjoy the range of flavours.  All my truffles are made with Callebut chocolate, cream and flavour, nothing else is added, so you just get the flavour.  No sorbitol or additivies, just flavour and luciouse Belgian chocolate.

Some of this months flavour, reflect a large order for wedding favours - Lemon Yuzu, Raspberry Brulee and Strawberry gin. I have also made some special flavours for a request for a dinner party and for a lady who is undergoing treatment in hospital and needed some Strawberry champagne flavour truffles!! Plus have added another flavour as the liquorice is not proving very popular apart from my hubby, so have made Pina colada as an extra choice.

  • Cherry Bakwell flavour, a white chocolate truffle, decorated with a white chocolate swirl (NEW) proving very popular!!!
  • Raspberry* & Lemon, dark truffle, decoarted with raspberry powder
  • Irish cream milk cup, decorated with mixed chocolate sparkley sprinkles (NEW). Popular this time round
  • Cappuccino Milk cup, topped white curls.
  • Kir Royal, blackcurrant & champagne, a classic cocktail, a dark truffle, with blue edible pearly dust (NEW)
  • Strawberry Gin, *strawberry flavoured chocolate in a white shell, dunked in strawberry chocolate, with a zig zag of choc on top (NEW) made for wedding truffles
  • Peach* Bellini White; white, with strawberry curls on top (peach, champagne & strawberry* flavour) very popular choice...
  • Lemon Yuzu, white chocolate, coloured yellow, with a zig zag on top. Popular, and was part of a wedding favour order
  • Mango & Passionfruit White, decorate with  white curls. A firm favourite with my customers.
  • Salted Caramel, Caramel Gold chocolate, with a zig zag of caramel Gold chocolate. Top seller, like a popular caramel bar!
  • Rhubarb & Custard, Milk shell, with white chocolate inside with multi choc curls on top. Remember those sweets...yum
  • Orange Candyfloss, Orange flavoured chocolate, in a milk shell, dunked in orange chocolate, then topped with milk curls.
  • Raspberry* Brulee, a white truffle, topped with dried raspberry powder. Popular flavour...
  • Strawberry* Champagne, strawberry flavour truffle, in a white shell, dunked in strawberry chocolate, edible pink pearly dust (NEW), proving to be very popular this time round
  • Gingerbread, a milk truffle, (testing for Christmas!!) decorted with gold edible dust. Not very popular atm.....
  • Mint a dark classic, flavoured with mint from my garden, decorated with zig zag of chocolate and sparkly edible dust. A classic, proving popular
  • Pina colada, all white truffle, pineapple, coconut & rum, with white zig zag of chocolate, reminds me of tropical holidays. Another firm favourite with my customers.
