Hi, and welcome to my page, for my chocolate truffles, as unfortunatley due to onging health problems I am now unable to take any more bookings for celebrations cakes. After 30 years, it is time to hang up my cake hat!! Its been a difficult decision for me; but I want to follow my passion and concentrate on my Luxury Handmade Belgian chocolate truffles.
Once or twice a week, I do bake special goodies and treats, these are normally posted on my facebook page. I can take special orders for treats and goodies too. But did you know I am a 100% FREE FROM GLUTEN AND WHEAT FREE KITCHEN, I DO NOT HANDLE ANY WHEAT AT ALL. Having been gluten and wheat free for over 20 years, when I decided to reopen I decided just to dedicate my baking and making to us folks who cannot eat and gluten and wheat, and now I am also dairy intolerant, I do make alot of dairy free items too.
I have a 5 star rating from our local EHO Hinckley & Bosworth council for my 100% free from GLUTEN & WHEAT FREE KITCHEN, and I am proud to say, after my latest check and recieved 5 stars again. When I had my shop for 4 years, called T C Cakes Goodie box, I had a 5 star rating there too.
My truffles, and fluffy cloud marshmallows, which are also GLUTEN AND WHEAT FREE, can be posted. First class postage including packaging, is from £4.50, depending on size and weight of the package. I use Evri for larger packages, but I can use other couriers too, or Royal mail for smaller. Once the item has left my premises, I have no control over its delivery.
I use the brand new and delicious Callebut NXT dairy free chocolate for my handmade truffles, fudge and more. (ALSO GLUTEN AND WHEAT FREE TOO)
New 2024 - Dessert service. I can now offer a selection of GLUTEN AND WHEAT FREE desserts such as Black forest gateaux, Sunken chocolate torte, sticky toffee pudding and more. DAIRY free available too. Prices available upon request.
I am still able to teach classes, Halloween and Christmas ones coming up soon, these are great for a girly night in, or chocolate class, or the tricks to making GLUTEN AND WHEAT FREE pastry and cakes. One to one or small groups, just message me with your requirements and a rough date.
