Unfortunatley due to onging health problems I am now unable to take any more bookings for celebrations cakes. After 30 years, it time to hang up my cake hat!! Its been a difficult decision for me. But I want to follow my passion and concentrate on my Belgian chocolate handmde truffles.
My truffles, and fluffy cloud marshmallows can be posted. First class postage including packaging, is from £4.50, depending on size and weight of the package. I use Evri for larger packages, but I can use other couriers too, or Royal mail for smaller. Once the item has left my premises, I have no control over its delivery.
I use the brand new and delicious Callebut NXT dairy free chocolate for my handmade truffles, fudge and more.
I work from my 100% free from registered 5, kitchen. I DO NOT make any normal items containing wheat.
New for 2024, P.U.P evenings, Friday June 14th and June 28th. An evening of enjoying a selection of gluten and wheat free puddings, desserts and cakes. You will be cake canapes to start, then 3 different desserts, such as brandy snaps, cheesecake and chocolate torte, then a sorbet to cleanse the palate, followed by sticky toffee pudding and a strawberry dacquoise to finish the night, with a cappucino coffee truffle to finish. There will aso be quizzes too to win a box of my delicious truffles. A great night in washed down with tropical non alcoholic punch!! £22 per person, adults only.

I am still able to teach classes, for a girly night in a chocolate class, or the tricks to making gluten and wheat free pastry and cakes. One to one or small groups, just message me with your requirements and a rough date.
