Home of totally handmade fine Belgian chocolate truffles and gourmet fluffy cloud mallows.

Truffle centres are filled with ganache, using the finest Belgian chocolate, UHT cream and flavour, nothing else is added, making them naturally gluten and wheat free. The ganache is test personally by Trish to ensure the truffles are bursting with flavour, not just a sweet sugary taste.  Its all about the flavour.  At present time we have over 40 flavours in milk, white and dark chocolate. The truffles do not have to be refrigerated and have a shelf life of 2 - 3 months, if kept cool. We can make custom flavours upon request.

We also offer a range of Dairy, gluten,wheat free truffles, where we use a diary free chocolate, soya cream and flavour.  Our customers say they taste as good as our Belgian range.

The mallow is a light delicate little cloud, bursting with flavour.  It takes Trish and her trusty mixer about 40 minutes to achieve this little treat.  The flavour is added, tested and then it is left to set. Later it is cut up into squares to dry.  Not suitable for vegetarians due to the gelatin used. We can offer over 8 different flavours of mallow, but more are being added all the time.  It has a shelf life of 3 - 4 weeks, shorter in the summer.

We have many beautiful styles and sizes of boxes to suit all requirements and these too can be custom ordered. 

Our customers have said in the past that they would prefere to pick and choose their own flavours, rather than buy a pre-packed box, so which flavours will you choose?  We look forward to hearing from you.
